He is survived by: his former wife Mary Ann Stoll; his children, Ann and John; his wife Jewel Rae; his children, Michael Monday and Eileen Bode; his grandchildren, Ben, Mary Sarah Monday, Jack and Will Bode; his stepgrandchildren, Brittany (Michael Jones) and Jesse Steele; and his stepgreat-grandson Levi Jones.
