He is survived by: his children, Kathy Sue Hampton of Houston, TX, Earl Lewis Maltbie, III of Hurdland, MO and Joyce Ann Sutton (James) of Unionville, MO; and his grandchildren, Terry Eiler of Norwalk, IA, Isaiah, DaMar Hampton of Houston, TX, Curtis Sutton (Alexis), Albert Sutton of Marshall, MO and Laura McClellan (Gerald) of Slater, MO. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
