He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Jean Thompson (Barrett); his sisters, Joyce Hazell (Farley) and Linda Moeller (Farley); and his grandparents, Maude Pendleton (Edgar), Charles Barrett, Johnnie Thompson (Martin) and Richard Thompson.
He is survived by: his father Donald Lee "Dink" Thompson; his sister Pamela Good of Jefferson City; his nephew Christopher Sapp (Erica) of Quinlan, TX; his niece Jenna Sapp of Ashland; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Hazell of Ashland and David Moeller of Jefferson City. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy are suggested to the Salvation Army.
