She is survived by: her pet Kolby; her husband Steven Hammond; her children, Dale Hammond and Holly Yancy (Michael); her grandchildren, Maggie Yancy and Henry Yancy; her siblings, William Ousley (Holts Summit), Carl Ousley (Janet), Sally Clark (Holts Summit), Harold Ousley (Carolyn), Richard Ousley (Bernadine), Mike Ousley (Eugene), Earl Ousley and Lawrence Ousley (Belinda); and her godchildren, Kelly Menning (Mike) and Brandon Ousley (Huston). She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the wishes of the family for Donna's final expenses.
