He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Webb Brown and Glover Brown; his daughter Dawn Webb Crockett; his siblings, Eugene Webb, Glover Brown, Jr. and Carol Ann Kelly; and his sister-in-law Daisy Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Webb; his son Michael Webb (Kelly) of Reston, VA; his granddaughters, Brittany Watkins (Bryan), Sydney Crockett, Lauren Webb and Victoria Webb; his great grandchildren, Cameron and Caden Watkins; his siblings, Arthur Brown, Charles Brown (Shirley) and Sandra Thomas (Merlin); and his siblings-in-law, Bob Logan (Hannah) of Seaford, VA and Sheila Logan Symes.
Memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
