He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Scott Strope (Dawn) of Jefferson City and Tania Lock (Dennis) of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Hayley Strope, Matthew Strope, Gage Lock, Parker Lock, Cooper Lock and Callie Lock; and his sisters, Mary Ellen Brunnert (John) of Carthage and Claire Ann Huhn (James) of Folk.
