With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Henry Forck of Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on December 31, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Forck and Mildred Forck (McDowell); his brother Thomas Forck; his stepmother Leona Eveler Forck; and his stepsisters, Geraldine Eveler and Billye Olson.

He is survived by: his wife Dolores Forck; his children, Susan Rogers (Jason, family: Olivia, Liza, Benjamin), Matthew Forck (Stephanie, family: Natalie, Nathan) and Theresa Meystrik (Steve, family: Hannah, Catherine, Josie, Ellen); his brothers, Jerome Forck (Marilyn), Ronald Forck (Pat) and Timothy (Pauline); his sister-in-law Debbie Forck; and his stepsiblings, Josetta Eveler, Mickey Stokes, Josetta Forck and Tom Eveler.

Memorials are suggested to the Salvation Army, Birthright, or Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
