Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Dick Dean Tuinstra of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Melvin, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 80, on January 2, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Tuinstra and Mabel Tuinstra (Menage). He is survived by: his wife Dwalla Tuinstra; his children, Brett Tuinstra, Scott Tuinstra, Chad Tuinstra (Michelle) and Kari Duemmel (Dale); and his sister Eloise Heppler (Dennis). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
