It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dewey Douglas Whetstone of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Independence, Missouri, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Roland and Iris Clementine Whetstone (Cairns); and his son Mason Douglas Whetstone. He is survived by: his wife Kay Irons; his children, Brian Leroy Whetstone (Wendy) and Jolie Osbjornsen (Rick); his grandchildren, Dalton, Kelton, Daynaira, Joshua, Ryland, Layne and Deborah; his great grandchildren, Ana, Elise, Ashlynn and Lukas; and his siblings, Dan Whetstone (Stacia) and Katee Vee Kolm (Rick).
