Reeter of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Chillicothe, Missouri, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Phillip and Shirley Jean Reeter (Eads). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Boelkes; his daughter Melissa Draffen (Seth Payne) of Boonville; his granddaughter Emma Draffen; and his siblings, Diane Colo (John) of Columbia and Daniel Reeter of Jefferson City. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
