He was predeceased by: his father Stanford Nyatanga. He is survived by: his mother Ellen Nyatanga (Chinyowa); his children, Simbarashe Nyatanga, Samara Nyatanga, Aliyah Nyatanga and Stanford Nyatanga; his siblings, Leslie Nyatanga, Phocenah Matolino (Bernard), Malcolm Nyatanga (Chido) and Nolyn Okoye (Nkem); and his nieces and nephews, Zoe, Dean, Christian, Ropa, Zviko, Panashe and Mazvita.
