He is survived by: his wife Diane Marie Mengwasser; his children, Samantha Berhorst (David), Bill Dudenhoeffer (VaLinda) and John Dudenhoeffer; his siblings, Greg Dudenhoeffer (Susan), Leona Loethen, Lucille Lamb and Rosemary Surface (Terry); and his grandchildren, Tyler Berhorst, Josh Berhorst, Allison Dudenhoeffer, Ivan Dudenhoeffer and Trevor Dudenhoeffer.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Proto-Cathedral of St. Peter.
