He was predeceased by: his parents, David Paul and Helen Elizabeth Chmidling (Bertels); his former wife Doris Chmidling; his siblings, Mary, Francis Chmidling, Eldon Chmidling (Wanda), Mildred Piene (John), Jerry Chmidling (Gloria) and Danny Chmidling; and his grandson Justin Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Wolfe Czeschin; his daughters, Becky Goulson (Bob) of Jefferson City, Rhonda Turner (Jerry) of Holts Summit and Dee Bisges (Tom) of Wichita, Kansas; his stepdaughters, Shonda Fischer (Craig) of Jefferson City and Adena McCarty (Eric) of Jefferson City; his siblings, Louise Babcock and Harold Chmidling (Freda); his grandchildren, Ben Turner (Jennifer), Amber Craghead (Casey), Shannon Durand (Joseph), Josh Bisges and Michael Bisges; his great grandchildren, Mackayla, Gaege, Milleigh Turner and Madison Craghead; his stepgrandchildren, Madison Jolley (Trevor), Jerica Garrison (Jamie), Maggie Lewis (Cody), Rylee Estes (Jake) and Laine Fischer (Erica); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aria, Ezra Jolley, Aspen, Gage, Peyton Garrison, Leo, Ceila, JessLee Lewis, Waylon and Amelia Estes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
