He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hammond and Betty Hammond (Heimericks); and his sister-in-law Donna Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Windsor; his children, Dustin Hammond (Nikki) and Kelly Henry (Russell); his grandchildren, Riley Hammond and Evan Hammond; his brothers, Steve Hammond, Donnie Hammond (Laura) and Larry Hammond (Rachel); and his brothers-in-law, Larry Windsor (Connie), Mark Windsor (Judy) and Paul Windsor. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Epilepsy Foundation or to the American Heart Association.
