He was predeceased by: his parents, Fridolin Anthony and Leoba Kramer (Vogel). He is survived by: his children, George Kramer (Arnulfa Watts) and Cynthia Kramer (Andrew); his stepsons, Terry Joe Duncan (Angelia Taylor) and Timothy Jay Duncan (Debra Rank); and his brothers, William Kramer (Maryann) and Rev. George Kramer. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
The general public is welcome to attend the services while following social distancing guidelines.
