He is survived by: his children, Scott Phillips of Jefferson City and Angela Adduci (Frank) of Holts Summit; his grandchildren, Pearl Gleason, Lydia Landrum (Caleb), Lilie Phillips and Jakob Gleason; his great grandchildren, Oaklynn Bledsoe and Gracelynn Landrum; and his siblings, Linda Phillips, Helen Phillips, Betty Smith of Jefferson City, Jim Phillips and David Phillips of Tebbetts. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
