He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Amos and Frances Elizabeth Ward (Smith). He is survived by: his son Christopher (Robin Pharney) of Seattle; his grandchildren, Cooper, Quincy and Stella; his son Daniel Joseph of Kansas City; his sister Rhonda Ward Faris of Jefferson City; his niece Andrea Spillars (Harold Kirbey); his great-niece Rachel Rosen (Yosef); his great-nephew Jacob Spillars; and also Naomi.
