He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Elmer Frank, George, Claudette Charlton, Maggie Parsons, Ann and Joe Freeman; and his cousin Michael Frank.
He is survived by: his parents, Shawn Thomas Frank and Ashley Adale Gilbert; his sister Maggie Elizabeth Frank; his stepbrothers, Nathanial Hugh Parsons Gilbert of Farmington and Casey Allen Dean Gilbert of Farmington; his grandparents, Thomas, Deborah Frank, George Gilbert (Salem) and Stella Russell (Rolla); his great-grandparent Mary Frank; his uncles, Carey Frank (Katlyn) and Casey Frank (Shauna); and his cousins, Saxon Scheidegger, Delaney Frank, Keeley Frank, Henley Frank, Parker Frank and Sutton Frank.
