He is survived by: his parents, Kent Bax and Kelley Bax (Kolb); his brothers, Adam Bax (Claire Pearson) and Logan Bax; his son Louie; his grandparents, Harold Bax, Norb and Shirley Kolb; his aunts and uncles, Rebecca Imhoff, Shelly Bax, Rene Maxey (Tom McHenry), Kristy Gump, Roxane Sargent (Marty), Mark Kolb (Donna), Greg Kolb (Diane) and Clyde Maxey; and his cousins, Ashley Green (Chris), Trenton Green, Lindsey, Levi, Emily, Chloe, Justin Kolb, Kendall Duncan (Derek), Karsyn Duncan, Roman Duncan, Rylee Kolb (Thomas), Jaden Kolb, Austin Gump (Baylea), Brandan Gump Dawson Gump (Brittney), Matthew Imhoff (Jaime), Elliott Imhoff, Cara Bisel (Brice), Clinton Maxey (Abigail), Kendra Maxey, Eli Schnieders and Ethan Sargent.
