He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Cleo Clemons, Sr. and Allie Mae Clemons (Martin); and his siblings, Ellen Clemons, Alberta Theresa Williams, Shirley Mae Barber, Ollie Patsy Ann Barber and Mary Louise Clemons.
He is survived by: his son Cleo Wilson Clemons, III; and his siblings, Mildred Davis, Odis Clemons, Sandy Clemons, Cynthia Davis, Karen Porter, Lisa Clemons and Lue Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
