He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Alexander and Clara Koenigsfeld (Troesser); his children, Kenny Koenigsfeld and Jacinda "Jackie" Koenigsfeld; his grandson Jude Koenigsfeld; and his siblings, Viola Koenigsfeld and Raymond Koenigsfeld.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Koenigsfeld; his children, Riotta Scott, Columbia, Joe Koenigsfeld (Konnie), Wes Koenigsfeld (Sandra), Marya Amos (Scott), Josh Koenigsfeld (Nacole Frank), Taos and Breanna Salcedo (Danny Salcedo); and his siblings, Ann Goeke, Rose Talken, LaVerne Lage, George Koenigsfeld (Sarah), Frankenstein, Marilyn Herigon, Leon Koenigsfeld (Eileen), Frannie Veltrop and Andy Koenigsfeld (Mary Pat). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
