She was predeceased by: her parents, James Willie and Ruthie Mae Blue (Johnson); her daughter Cynthia Howard; and her siblings, James Willie Blue, Jr. and Gloria Moore.
She is survived by: her fiancé Vance Richmond of Jefferson City; her brothers, Henry Blue (Linda) of Jefferson City and Joseph Blue; and her grandchildren, Carl Hayes and Dequon Hayes.
