It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester C. Kottwitz of Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert A Kottwitz and Elizabeth Kottwitz (Huebner); his former wife Genevieve Sicht; his wife Anna Rikard; his son Timothy Kottwitz; and his siblings, Wilma Jose, Melvin, Irvin, Vernon and Everett Kottwitz.
He is survived by: his daughter Janet Sue Morgan (Duwane) of Jefferson City; his sisters, Fran Jost of Owensville and Sandra Pointer of Owensville; and his grandchildren, Joshua Morgan (Sheri) of Wardsville, Melissa Morgan (Alan Mead) of Osage Beach and Timothy Morgan (Dasha) of Rockledge Florida. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and six stepchildren, and many step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
