He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mearl Campbell of Warsaw and Laura Ames Campbell of Warsaw. He is survived by: his child Penny Campbell of Columbia; his brothers, James "Jim" Campbell (Joan) of Harrisonburg and Robert "Bob" Campbell (Patricia) of Reno; his cousin John Hooker (Phyllis) of Hollister; and his children, Chris Campbell (Kellie) of Columbia, Craig Campbell of Dallas, Kevin Campbell (Tammi) of Random Lake and Carrie McAtee (Matt) of Lee. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, including step-grandchildren (Makenzie, Grant, Peyton, Kayla, Matt, Jennie and Kaite), and two step-great, grandchildren.
