We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2020, at the age of 84, Catherine Margaret Engelbrecht of Jefferson City, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Ortmeyer and Emma Ortmeyer (Thessen); her husband Adam Engelbrecht; her granddaughters, Faith and Grace; and her brother-in-law Donald Strope.

She is survived by: her children, Faye Doerhoff (DeWayne) of Jefferson City, Neil Engelbrecht (Jane) of Jefferson City and Kent Engelbrecht (Terri) of Jefferson City; her sister Dorothy Strope; her grandchildren, Kelby Doerhoff (Alisha), Jordy Doerhoff, Paige Buechter (Jimmy), Taylor Engelbrecht, Austin Engelbrecht, Shae Engelbrecht, Jaelyn Engelbrecht, Kynsie Engelbrecht and Keaton Engelbrecht; and her great grandchildren, Emelyn Doerhoff and Asher Doerhoff. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
