She was predeceased by: her parents, George Logan Smith (Alvena Smith) and Mary Frances Burcham Elsea; her brother Bobby Smith; and her grandson Randy Riley-Chugg. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Paczkowski; her children, Robin Johnson (Jamey), Michael Riley (Denise) of Liberty, MO and Jennifer Riley; her grandchildren, William Riley, Zacarias Mendoza-Riley, Nathan Riley and Sammy Clemons; and her sister Johnette Wooley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association or the Jefferson City Animal Shelter.
