We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Carl Harper in Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Youngstown, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrell Harper and Margaret Harper (McHugh); his wife Patricia Ann Cowden; and his son Paul. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Jennifer) of Corydon, IN, Dr. Steven (Michelle) of Jefferson City and Victoria Shannon (Lane) of Dallas, TX; and his sisters, Doris Catlett (Dale) of Mitchell, IN and Kathy Jackson (Steve) of Bloomington, IN.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation and/or Friends of Animals animal shelter in Eldon Missouri.
