He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Ray and Betsy Vittetoe (Macomber); and his wife Bessie. He is survived by: his sons, David Vittetoe (Geri) of Wymore, Karl Vittetoe (Beverly) of Pueblo, Alan Vittetoe of Fulton and Mark Vittetoe (Denise) of Jefferson City; his sister Ermaleen Jennings of Moberly; his grandchildren, Dawn Rice, Kimberly Cardwell, Jennifer Vittetoe, Renea Harris, Bryce Vittetoe and Devin Vittetoe; and his great grandchildren, Katie, Natalie Dougan, Janella Rice, James Oliver, Charlie Caldwell, Khloe Harris, Raylan Wimmer, Kendall, Kaylyn, Kiley Vittetoe, Sadie Spurgeon and Bryson Vittetoe.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to The Salvation Army.
