He is survived by: his children, Bruce Lockard Jr. (April) of Maryland, Pamela Barrett of Maryland, Dana Forkner (Brandon) of Colorado Springs, Barbara Riggs (Jay) of California and Shirley Riggs of Jefferson City, Missouri; and his siblings, Andrew Lockard and Emma Lockard-Jenkins. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
