He was predeceased by: his father William Smith (Bill). He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Smith (Phillips); his wife Donna Smith (Bungart); his sons, Alan Smith (Shelly) and Nathan Smith (Megan); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Blaine, Grayson and Noah; his sister Aimee Petree (Matt); his parents-in-law, Ambrose and Dolores Bungart; and his siblings-in-law, Vicki Clad (Jim) and Mike Bungart (Renee). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The general public is welcome to attend the services while following social distancing guidelines.

Memorials are suggested to St. Martin Catholic Church, St. Martin Catholic School, Masses, or to the American Cancer Society.
