He was predeceased by: his parents, James Brester and Nina Brester (Waggoner); and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his wife Kenna Brester of Jefferson City; his children, Derek Brester (Cassy) of Columbia, Amber Mantle (Kris) of Jefferson City and Cara Wulff (Corey) of Jefferson City; his brothers, Bill Brester (Kim) of Jefferson City and David Brester; his grandchildren, Riley, Makailyn, Presley Mantle, Kayden, Makynsie Brester and Nolan Wulff; his father-in-law Don Zehnder (Edna) of Jefferson City; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Johnson (Rick) of Springfield, Missouri and Randy Zehnder (Donna) of St. Charles. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
