He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lafayette and Alma Jane Trimm (Selby); his wife Kathy (Miller); his daughter Paula Trimm Ballard; his brother R. L. Trimm Jr.; and his mother-in-law Ruth "Susie" Miller.
He is survived by: his daughters, Billie Trimm Barnett (Howard) of Tulsa, OK and Linda Trimm Karcher (Scott) of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Adrienne Lee Barnett (Scott Mccaulley), Allison Barnett Simpson (Matthew), Kaitlin Michele Karcher and Andrew Lee Karcher; and his great grandchildren, Wallace Lee Simpson and Matilda Barnett Simpson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the First Christian Church of Jefferson City, the local AARP chapter in Jefferson City, or the Silver Haired Legislature by mailing all donations to P.O. Box 95, Jefferson City, Mo. 65102.
