The memory of Bill Foster of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Piggott, Arkansas, who passed away on January 10, 2025 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ethery "Buck" and Flora Mae Foster (Bolton); his brothers, Melvin Foster (Muriel) and Donald Foster; and his brothers-in-law, Gene Heckemeyer and Dennis Heckemeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Foster; his daughter Karmen Carson (Brandon) of Poplar Bluff; his stepson Richard Holtmeyer (Amanda) of Lake; his grandchildren, Kamille Carson, Keaton Carson, Natalie Holtmeyer, Emma Holtmeyer, Grace Holtmeyer, Bryson Holtmeyer, Blake Holtmeyer and Carter Holtmeyer; his siblings, Ollie Hardee of Webb City and Marvin Foster (Patricia) of Port St; and his siblings-in-law, Melba Foster, Dianne Heckemeyer, Becky Heckemeyer, Pat Heckemeyer, Richard Heckemeyer (Jan) and Jim Heckemeyer (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Piggott Memorial Gardens.
