Betty Jane Hammond Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jane Hammond of Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on December 11, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Heimericks-Gerber and Margaret Heimericks-Gerber (Wilbers); her husband Edward Hammond; her boyfriend Robert Findley; her stepfather Christopher Gerber Sr.; her stepbrother Christopher Gerber Jr.; her daughter-in-law Donna Hammond; and her brother-in-law Hubert Brauner.
She is survived by: her sons, Daryl Hammond (Kathy), Steven Hammond, Donald Hammond (Laura) and Larry Hammond (Rachel); her sister Dorothy Brauner; her grandchildren, Dustin Hammond (Nikki), Dale Hammond, Kelly Henry (Russell), Jessica George (Wesley), Holly Yancy (Michael), Eddie Hammond (Emily) and Lauren Hammond; and her stepsons, Kevin Findley, Keith Findley, Brandon Findley, Bobby Findley and Russell Findley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
