He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Kliethermes and Emily Kliethermes (Wilson); his siblings, Ellie and Linley Kliethermes; his grandparents, Brenda Wilson, David, Chris Wilson, Steve and Cindy Kliethermes; his great-grandparents, Sharon Ralston and Sandy Kliethermes; his uncle Jesse Wilson; his aunt Brittney Kliethermes (Joey Blankenship); and his cousins, Lucas and Carter Blankenship.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the March of Dimes.
