She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stadlman and Wilhelmina Stadlman (Brown); her husband Earl Cummins; her son Craig Cummins; and her siblings, Gaylord Stadlman, Paul Stadlman and Helen Derr.
She is survived by: her sons, Gene Cummins (Diane) of Boonville, Gary Cummins (Pamela) of Sunrise Beach and Todd Cummins of Jefferson City. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and another great-grandson.
