She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Milligan and Connie Milligan (Milburn); her husband Leon Stivers; her brothers, Boris Milligan, Nathan Wendell "Wendy" Milligan, William "Bill" Milligan and Philip Milligan; and her son-in-law Vinne Mallozzi.
She is survived by: her children, Valerie Smith of Jefferson City, Natalie Mallozzi of Eldon, Libbie Farrell (Rick) of Rhineland and Alanda Welch-O'Dowd (Clarence) of Linn; and her grandchildren, Amos Smith, III, Andrea Williams, Vanessa McCaleb, Jenetta Schmitt, Kasey Benton, Zachary Mandry, Kristine Farrell, Erica Cahill, Samantha Wyant and Jesse Welch. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Barbara Stivers Memorial Fund.
