She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Zeilman and Mary Ann Zeilman (Koerber); her husband Nelson Herman Otto, Sr.; and her brothers, Francis Zeilman, Edwin Zeilman and Anthony Zeilman.

She is survived by: her children, Marsha Meyer (Bob) of Meta, Dale Otto (Diana) of Jefferson City, Duane Otto of St. Thomas and Nelson Otto, Jr. of Jefferson City; her brother George Zeilman (Pat) of California; and her grandchildren, Mike Meyer (Tiffanie), Jon Meyer (Mike), Michelle Derkum (Tony), Angel Backes (Brad), Danielle Stammer (Andrew), Dalenna Giles (John) and Jessie Otto. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
