With solemn reverence, we commemorate Althea Patterson of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Warsaw, Illinois, whose life came to an end on February 14, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving behind cherished memories. Though Althea may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Althea touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Prentice Newland and Zelma Newland (Roth); her husband Kenneth R. Patterson; and her sister Ruth Slater. She is survived by: her sons, Edward Heeman and Ray Patterson (Monica); and her grandchildren, Damaris, Kirsti, Keith, Brandon, Josh, Ashley and Bethany. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Houser-Millard Funeral Directors (2613 W Main St, Jefferson City, MO 65109).
