With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Agnes Brenneke of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Argyle, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 10, 2024 at the age of 98. She was predeceased by: her parents, August Wieberg and Hilda Wieberg Sr. (Eichholz); her husband John A. Brenneke; her children, Michael and Marla Lane; her grandson Johnathan; her siblings, Leonard Wieberg, Victor (Martha Wieberg), August (Laura Wieberg Jr.), Gilbert (Corona Wieberg) and Angela (Donald Lape); and her brother-in-law Lawrence Brenneke.
She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Kliethermes (Curt) of Linn and Linda Wyss (Bryan) of Vienna; her son-in-law Mark Lane of Loose Creek; her grandchildren, Brandon, Chelsea Couey (Craig), Bryce Kliethermes, Colby Meckfessel and Hunter Wyss; her great grandchildren, Brenden, Claira Rose, Violet and Leah; her siblings, Margaret Brenneke of Wardsville and Clarence "Doc" Wieberg (Jeanette) of Beemer, NE; and her sister-in-law Rosemary Wieberg of Westphalia.
Memorials may be directed to the family for a memorial bench to be placed in the gardens at Maries Manor.
