It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Agnes Kruger of Jasper, Missouri, born in Randolph, Nebraska, who passed away on April 5, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony H Backer and Helen E Backer (Kelsch); her husband Eddy Kruger; and her siblings, Edward Backer, Arlene Tilton, Marie Allen, Dorothy Haselhorst, Vernelle Miner and Joan Synovec.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Eddie (Deb) of Ashland, Marlon Eddie (Dianna) of Jasper, Missouri and Rebecca "Becky" Meier (Al) of Lincoln, Nebraska; and her stepchildren, Cathy, Bruce, Cindy, Greg and Carla. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.

Contributions are suggested and made payable to the Crippled Children's Fund or St. Jude Children's Hospital in care of Daniel Funeral Home.
