With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leta Mae Thomas of Jasper, Missouri, born in Belton, Texas, who passed away on March 9, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Gobble and Lucy Gobble (Potter); her husband Arthur Thomas; and her brothers, Preston Gobble, Melvin Gobble and Bob Gobble.
She is survived by: her children, Carey Thomas, Marla Armstrong (Jim Ellefson), Ben Thomas (Teresa) and Michelle Chrisman (Bud); her siblings, Mary Childers, Susie Deborde and John Ames; and her grandchildren, Heather Thomas, Sara Baker, Matthew Armstrong (Whittney), Candice Hamlin, Steven Armstrong, Kelsey Hood (Ricky), Haleigh Stewart (Mycheal), Beau Hamlin, Jerod Thomas and Victoria Armstrong. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
