She is survived by: her husband John Smith of Jasper, Missouri; her children, Shannon Smith (Michelle) of Joplin, Kevin Smith of Sarcoxie, Kim Smith of Jasper, Levi Smith of Sarcoxie and Candice Smith (Rebecca) of Joplin; her grandchildren, Britany Smith (Amanda), Matheu Smith, Daived Smith (Savana) and Teresa Smith (Ray); her great grandchildren, Brayden, Kinsley, Kaison, Maileey, Corbin and James; and her siblings, John, Becky, Tom, Robin, Jason and Jona. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
