It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Eugene Foster (Jasper, Missouri), who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Elisha and Elsie Day Foster (Woodard); his wife Gwendolyn Wheeler; his son Tom Foster; and his sisters, Edna Frost and Lucille Moss.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Foster, Bob Foster, Gwenda Greer and Donna Waggoner; and his sister-in-law Pat Norwood. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Mitchell Cemetery or the Gideon's in care of the funeral home.
