Bessie Allene Jones Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bessie Allene Jones of Jasper, Missouri, who passed away on November 18, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas B. Taffner and Florence A. Taffner (Keltner); and her husband Carl Jones. She is survived by: her children, Kay Carter of Jasper Mo, Dale Carter of Lamar and Doug Carter of Diamond; her stepchildren, Carolyn Dye, Debbie Nelson, Ronnie Jones, Carl Joe Jones, Carla Kay Scheiber and Bobby Jones; and her granddaughters, Jenica Carter-Rush of Frisco and Jessica Carter of Jasper.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Bessie Carter Jones scholarship fund in care of the funeral home to benefit a Jasper basketball player.
