He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Leroy and Lena Enola Pennell (Parrish); his wife Rachel Gertrude Tummons; his daughter Kathy Ritchie; his siblings, Leonard, Lloyd, Nick, Luther, Roy, Viola, Rosie, Mary and Edith; and his granddaughter Sonya Petroski.
He is survived by: his children, Ed Pennell and Irene Garcia; and his siblings, Lonnie Pennell and Wilma Pennell. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Covid-19 regulations will be observed at all times.
