She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Alfred Roberts and Irene Pauline Roberts (Moery); her husband John Simkulet (Jack); and her siblings, Elizabeth Joann, Ronald Dee, Rex Allen, Julia Montez and Jerry Neal.
She is survived by: her brother Robert Lee; her children, Kenneth David and Karen Diane (Michael Mans); her brother Robert Roberts (Jane); her son Ken (Marye); her grandchild Brie Simkulet (Dave Engle); her children, Crystal, Gary Knaur, Carlye Martinsky and Caroline Boyd (Grant Halstrom); her grandchildren, Jon Martinsky, Sophia Boyd and Jaxon Jagger Halstrom; her sons, Jeremy Paul Smith and Alexander Rex Smith; her grandchild Zayden (Kaylee); and her niece Shana (Don Bashaw). She is also survived by cousins and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Friends of the Garden, Springfield MO, sponsor of the Mizumoto Japanese Stroll Garden and Tea House.
