She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Mills and Flora Mills (Watkins); her daughter Rhonda Russell; and her sister Lenora Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Rex Russell; her children, Rex Russell II (Becky) of Lowell and Robin Baker (Brent) of Rogers, Arkansas; her grandchildren, James Ratcliff, Ian Baker, Rachel Ratcliff, Erin Baker, Jordan Russell, Ryan Russell and Anna Baker; and her sister Virginia Frisbe of Anderson, Missouri.
