He was predeceased by: his father Malcom. He is survived by: his wife Jane Marie Woodward; his mother Connie; his siblings, Jeanne, Leigh and Sue; his daughter Nicole; his uncle Miller; and his aunt Hannah Cook. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
