She was predeceased by: her mother Georgena Wallace (Risinger); and her husband Stephen Burk. She is survived by: her father Lawrence Wallace; her children, Michael (Melissa Yoder), Esther, Elisabeth (Darrell Ramer), Eunice (Joseph Miller), Daniel and Dorcas (Kent Kropf); and her siblings, Tom, Beth, Ruth and Tim. She is also survived by her six children, and eighteen grandchildren.
